How do I start a transaction?
You can start a transaction by clicking on "Account" from the main navigation bar. This will bring you to the "Transactions" page. From there click on "+Transaction", which will bring you to a form where you can fill out the details of your transaction.
How do I leave feedback to a transaction I'm in?
You can leave feedback by going to "Account" > "Transactions". Find the transaction you wish to leave feedback for and then click on the "Leave Feedback" link that's next to it.
What's the difference between "Transactions I'm In" and "My Transactions"?
"Transactions I'm In" are transactions that were started by another user (where you're the buyer). "My Transactions" are transactions that you started as a seller.
Can I delete a transaction?
At the moment you cannot. This is to prevent a user from deleting a transaction before the other party has the chance to leave bad feedback. In the future you will be able to but it will first require agreement from the other user before being deleted.
The other user is taking too long to leave feedback. How can I remind them?>
You can remind the other party in your transaction to leave feedback by going to "Account" > "Transactions" and then clicking on "Send Reminder", which should be under the "Their Feedback For You" column in the row of the transaction you're waiting on.
I found a bug, where can I report it?
At the moment you can report bugs on the welcome screen for logged in users. Just click on "Home" if you are logged in. If you do not have an account, please go to the Contact page to see how to contact an admin.
